Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with the Project Coordinators, Recruiting and Client to determine onboarding requirements

• Communicates requirements to 1099/Independent Contractors and instructions for completing

• Submits required documents, forms and work orders to the 1099/Independent Contractor

• Collects required documentation from 1099/Independent Contractors, ensuring that documentation is received within the deadlines required

• Reviews immunization records to ensure client requirements have been met

• Handles sensitive, confidential information within the required security protocols

• Escalating appropriately to Project Coordinator when onboarding requirements are not met and make recommendations as appropriate

• Submits testing requirements to background and drug screening vendors

• Reviews results of background and drug screening tests and makes recommendations to Project Coordinator as appropriate

• Participates in practice review calls and provides updates to the team regarding onboarding status of assigned project(s)

• Reports to the Go Live Support Functional Team Lead and provides weekly status updates

• Prioritize and handle a high volume of email and phone calls on a daily basis

• Qualify independent contractors with the finance team

Education and Minimum Experience:

• High school diploma

• Three to five years of office administration, preferably in an HR or sales environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively work to completion with accuracy within timeline assigned

• Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
