Aerotek Warehouse Worker in Shelbyville, Indiana


Warehouse employees will be responsible for moving product and picking orders throughout the warehouse. For the most part, it will entail case picking orders virtually all day long, physically moving boxes up to 80-90 lbs as well as using pallet jacks. With this being the line of work, candidates must be completely comfortable with a physically demanding job that entails heavy lifting.

When hired on direct - will get $1-$3 pick bonus increases per hour and then also after 4 years of working will go to $24/hr.


2nd shift: 1pm-9:30pm

3rd shift: 11:55pm- 8:25am

They are working 10+ hours a day in OT if they want. Tons of OT opportunity. Right now OT is not required but a choice.

Shift schedule: Days off aren’t assigned until the day they start. They will have either M/T, T/W or W/Th off and they try to work with candidates on their preference as much as they can.
