OTECH Corp Inventory Control Coordinator in Rolling Prairie, Indiana

JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for warehouse organization and housekeeping, performing routine cycle counts, product and raw material identification and labeling, conducting monthly physical inventories and other duties as assigned.iESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProficiency with computers software applications (MS Office and ERP systems)Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to work under general supervisionMust be able to maintain expected quality levelsAbility to multitask and work closely with each department on various tasksMust be able to comply with all required company policies and proceduresJOB RESPONSIBILITIESJob responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:Work with Receiving and Purchasing to identify, label and store inbound samples.Work with Receiving to identify, label and store inbound samples.Work with Production to accurately receive raw materials back into inventory following production.Housekeeping and organization of all rawimaterial storage areas by working closely with Production.Cycle counting as required.Perform other various duties as requiredJOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredSkills and Abilities:Previous experience in inventory managementStrong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systemsWell-organized with the ability to prioritizeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to problem-solveExperience:This position requires prior inventory management experiencePhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
