Installation Technician - Dock and Door Installation Technician
Internal Title: Dock and Door Service Technician
This position is based out of Crown’s Indianapolis, Indiana Branch location and will provide coverage to Columbus, Indiana and surrounding areas.
Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair dock and door equipment
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment
Maintain a service vehicle and its inventory
Process paperwork upon completion of each job
High school diploma or equivalent; Technical school graduate preferred
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Good written and verbal communication skills and customer care skills
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks
