We are looking for an experienced leader in high volume fulfillment/distribution, someone who lives and breaths fast paced pick/pack/ship operations and knows how to build high functioning teams.
Implement process improvement in Logistics, Materials and Facilities for the company – directing and administering production control, warehouse stock control, traffic and shipping
Makes recommendations designed to reduce costs, update systems and provide environmentally approved materials and services
Performs required analysis to develop improvement processes and performance opportunities within the division
Lead and participate in improvement projects across functional groups to include warehouse personnel, shipping & receiving and others as needed
Establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives
Develop training and evaluation metrics for staff

10+ years in Warehouse Management, Distribution and Fulfillment or equivalent experience
Divisional P&L, budgeting and strategy experience
Experience in contract and lease negotiations
Logistical project management experience
Oracle WMS experience
Experience managing multiple business units
College Degree BA or above in related field

APICS Certification Preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Management of multiple facilities
Remote management from a separate state
Exposure/experience with Six Sigma, Lean or similar certifications
