SNAVELY MACHINE HAS MULTIPLE OPENINGS FOR SHOTBLAST/IMPREGNATION OPERATORSA Shotblast/Impregnation operator is responsible for processing automotive products through the shot blast operations and the resin impregnation operations. In addition to repetitive lifting of parts the operator must maintain the quality requirements of the part including inspection for visual defects. In order to perform the job a candidate must have a willingness to learn the position through on the job training if the skill requirements are not already established.Skill Requirements of the PositionOperate hoist or other lifting devicesOperate electronic equipment control screensInspect parts for visual defects while operating equipmentLoad/Unload parts onto conveyors, or custom containersOperate fork truckBasic robot operation and other automation equipmentBasic computer skillsTagging and part markingAbility to communicate effectivelyPhysical Requirements:Walking or standing on concrete floor for long periods of timeAbility to repetitively lift parts weighing up to 30lbsRequired to wear steel toe shoes or boots, safety glasses or eye protectionWill possibly be wearing latex glovesHearing protection available, but not mandatoryRepetitive grasping, lifting, bending, turningCompensationStarting pay $15.00 per hourAfter 90 days $16.00 per hourAfter 1 year $17.00 per hourOn top of hourly wages employees have the ability to earn attendance bonuses of $40, $80, and $120 weeklyBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Holiday pay after 90 days of employment401(K) Retirement program1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
