SCOPE OF WORK:
Program IP based electronic access control and video integration systems.
Install & Troubleshoot electronic security hardware and software.
Provide first line technical support of mission critical business processes for customers. Respond to customer calls by providing a high level of technical expertise and professionalism.
Maintain proper documentation of all information technology systems and related architecture.
Supports Project Managers with installations, staging and configuring electronic security systems.
Monitor client sites to observe potential areas of improvement by identifying high risk areas and recommend solutions for reducing risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires a working knowledge of C++ or .NET. Other programming languages are a plus.
Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Express / Server as well as database structures and design.
WHAT YOU OFFER
EDUCATION: High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in Microsoft software including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, workstation operating systems. Experience in VMware or other virtualization software is a plus.
