Job Description Construct, repair and maintain plant buildings/related facilities and masonry structures/equipment including furnaces, kilns, cruces, fencing, flooring, furniture. Design and fabricate work equipment. Set up, adjust and operate transit and various types of powered tools, equipment; Fit, form, mix, pour finish and repair brick/castable refractories, concrete; burn and use vaious types of welding in connection with job duties. Revise, update and work from blueprints, sketches and diagrams, work orders, and gernal instructions. Use hoists, crances, trucks and other material handling equipment in connection with assigned work. keep necessary records and logs. Qualifications * Kowledge of building materials to include roofing, aluminum, steel, lumber, clay, brick, sand, aggregate, stone, siding, plastic, concrete/concrete block, plaster, mortar, tile, refractory/castables, insulating, painting, tarset, glass, sealants, adhesives, fasteners, and burning and welding material. * Must have 5 years experience in carpenttry, painting, masonry. * Ability to use and knowledge of tools and equipment common to the building (carpentry/painting/masonry) trades.
