For this role you will lead a large team of supervisors and professionals who are manufacturing Honeywell's extraordinary innovative products. You will demonstrate your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most hardworking production teams. You will use your sophisticated leadership abilities to drive safety, efficiency, and outstanding quality in one of Honeywell’s production facilities. Through teamwork, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral proficiencies in order to deliver high impact business results.
Ensure plant maintenance program execution
Develop supervisors of individual contributors
Lead efficiency improvement projects
Drive culture of continuous improvement
Aim to achieve meaningful metric targets for SQDIC
Ensure practices and processes are robust
Drive world class health, safety and environmental performance every day
Resource management in a dynamic environment
You must have
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business administration, or similar discipline
5-10 year’s experience leading, or supervising, a large team of 100 or more, in a manufacturing environment
2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating and supervising entry
Consistent track record leading teams to successful product delivery
Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence
Significant leadership experience
Track record of improving team performance and work practice through team coaching
Leaders who consistently make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
