MINIMUM EDUCATION 1.High School graduate or equivalent (GED). MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 1.Successful completion of an apprenticeship program in Electronics as approved by the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training or five (5) years of experience in the electronics trade, or equivalent combination of five (5) years education and experience from which comparable job knowledge can be acquired as determined by Ball State University.2.Must be able to read and comprehend all specified policies and procedures for safety, hazardous materials information, and university policies, procedures, and communications, and to perform mathematical calculations.3.Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers License and be insurable under the university s auto fleet policy.4.Must be able to perform all mental and physical requirements as outlined in each job duty.5.You must be 18 years or older. DUTY REQUIREMENT Requires the physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds of force frequently, and 20 pounds of force constantly.
