Electrician Journeyman

We are looking for a new colleague in the Maintenance Department at our Plant location in Lafayette, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus and electrical components

• Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment

• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors and lighting fixtures using test equipment and replacing damaged or broken wires and cables

• Replaces faulty elecrical components of machinery such as relays switches, motors and position sensing devices

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Electrician Journeyman Card or 8 years of electrician experience in an industrial setting
