This position will be responsible for performing an assortment of tasks in a highly engineered manufacturing environment and provide leadership and strategic guidance for the achievement of operational goals.Prioritize, guide and facilitate the activities of the manufacturing function to meet department goals, initiatives and requirementsOversee the development of standard policies, procedures and practices to ensure customer requirements are embodied in the manufacturingEstablish and maintain uniform manufacturing performance metrics and reporting systemsDrive improvements by promoting best practice methodologies and new technologiesEnsure team development by supporting an active training environmentPartner with other functions within the facility to achieve business goals.Manage employee relations for designated departmentOversee Environmental Health and Safety requirements for designated departmentBasic Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environmentHigh School Diploma or GED from an accredited institutionThis position is subject to the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (I.T.A.R.) which requires U.S. persons status.
