Qualifications

Some Vlocity experience or Vlocity certification(s)

5+ years Salesforce development experience

3+ years’ experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.

Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-board discussion with customers, or delivering a technical presentation.

3+ Solution design experience – application architecture and business solution

Business operations and process experience in some or all of the following industries / domains:

• Health Insurance
• Financial Services / Insurance (all other than Health)
• Comm & Media
• Energy
• Public Sector

Must be able to direct and drive development team

3+ Agile Methodology / SCRUM Framework

Technical Skills

Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)

Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML)

Force.com

Data modelling

Process modelling tools and best practices

Very nice to haves

CPQ (configure, price, code)

AngularJS

HTML5 & CSS3

CSM

Project leadership experience

At least 1 yr experience working with Vlocity

Nice to haves

Siebel Experience

Other front end development technologies

Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent

Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder

Advance Salesforce Cert.

Travel

50% first couple of months of a project, 25% after that
