Kelly Services Temporary Contracts Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana
Great opportunity for an experienced contracts specialist to join a healthcare company located in Indianapolis on a temporary basis (3 to 6 months) to assist vendor contract renewals. The successful candidate will work with an internal subject matter expert to understand the need and then the candidate will handle drafting and execution side activities. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Drafting, writing, and reviewing vendor and provider contract, SOW’s and scopes.
Providing support services for multiple enterprise-wide functions, and/or highly complex assignments and projects.
Conducting research and analysis, and recommending appropriate course of action and next steps.
Performing fact checking, gathering documents, researching and responding to requests.
Serving as a lead in the investigation and resolution of complex problems.
Applying business knowledge and technical expertise to optimize solutions and improve practices.
Participating in projects and may participate in negotiations and strategizing with business and staff.
Entering information into appropriate databases or other document management systems.
2+ years of vendor or provider contracting experience.
Ability to write SOWs and scopes.
Healthcare or heavily regulated industry background preferred.
Paralegal or CPSM certifications a plus.
10 years of legal or related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
