TEKsystems Systems Support Specialist / Help Desk in Indianapolis, Indiana
Help Desk Analyst will be working with a team of 13 analysts in a fast paced environment answering 25-30 calls daily and troubleshooting user issues. They have approximately 9K Users of which 7K are in the field. Experience with the following tools and technologies would be helpful:
Smart phones / MDM solutions (airwatch)
They will be working remote and go onsite occasionally as needed to help out with some imaging work. However, they will have their turn in a rotation about every fifth week, where they will be the one person on site every day for that week with a team lead. This will continue until they return to office full time.
Additionally, they will work one week day shift after hours. Daily shifts rotate starting at 7, 8 or 9am and finishing according to start time.
This position requires participation in our after-hours Help Desk services on call rotation. Here is what it looks like:
The weekend on-call shift runs Saturday 7am through Monday 7am. This shift rotates weekly… meaning once every 6 weeks with my current rotation.
