The Sr Material Profiling Specialist will report to the Director of the Materials Profiling Group, managing projects that support the Covanta Environmental Solutions Profiled Waste approval process.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Approving Waste streams into both CES and Covanta Entities
Support updating of facility SOP’s.
Review and update facility audit packages
Performs other duties as required including but not limited to directly interfacing with customers, external sales, internal sales and facilities to aid in the approval process as well as completing actual approvals
Assists in the development of EH&S policies and procedures as needed
Position Requirements
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry or Engineering
Greater than 5 yrs. of working experience in the non-hazardous or hazardous waste field.
Knowledge of Excel and Word. Ability to travel is required.
Must be an energetic self starter
