About the Role

Our product teams are passionate about building products that directly impact people’s lives. In this role, you participate on several teams as they discover, design, and deliver products for end-users.

As Scrum Master, you coach your teams to be strong, efficient, and productive. You understand each team member’s unique qualities, strengths, and challenges, and create a safe environment where communication, transparency, and honesty are valued. You ensure all scrum events are positive and productive, protect the team from outside interruption, remove impediments that prevent progress, and drive completion of work each sprint. You directly impact the lives of those on your team.

How you’ll have an impact

  • You have a genuine interest in helping others

  • You have a passion for understanding people and group dynamics

  • You are a keen observer, able to see underlying issues

  • You enjoy a structured process, coaching and teaching others


  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent real-world experience

  • 2+ years' experience as a teacher, mentor or scrum master

  • Expert communicator, able to speak to all levels, from junior consultants to executives

  • Familiarity with Scrum and agile product development

Where you’ll work

We have two offices in Indianapolis, IN, and one in Baltimore, MD. Once we reopen our offices, you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time, or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).
