TEKsystems Salesforce QA in Indianapolis, Indiana

TEKsystems is seeking 2 Salesforce QA Testers for a position in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.

Candidate must have:

  • Salesforce testers with insurance experience.

  • Must have worked with lifecycle of Service Cloud.

*Knowing the workflow for opportunities, applications, quotes and

contracts is very important.

Major Initiatives:

• Customer 360 View (Salesforce) – Health Plans Call Center – 11 data sources to have integrations with

• Configuring Salesforce to be the application but they do not have a 1 stop shop to view all of the information. Too many apps to log into and Plans have to go to way too many places to get to a 1 stop shop

• Broker – Health Plans selling experience – all inside Vlocity – Developers inside Vlocity

• Building out workflows to make renewals easier like a school corporate and renewal process more automated. Using product catalog within Velocity – IUH doesn’t use today. Product catalog will help with tracking products
