Job Description
Come be involved with high profile Indianapolis Bus Rapid Transit Projects, Indiana Department of Transportation Projects, and projects for numerous growing communities in the State of Indiana. You will also have the opportunity to learn the management of right of way acquisition services from an experienced Right of Way Manager with over 25 years in the industry.

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Right of Way Engineering Technician for our Indianapolis office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Parcel Plats and Final Right of Way Plans
Prepare survey legal descriptions for acquisition areas
Prepare area calculation forms for acquisition areas
Prepare final right of way engineering parcel files for submittal
Be willing to help other departments during workforce needs

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
A minimum of 5+ year of experience in right of way engineering and Autocad or related field.
Basic understanding of land survey principles
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications
5 years experience in right of way engineering
5 years experience in land survey principles
1 year of experience in MicroStation
