Project Coordinatorâ


  • Maintain/Provide/develop business processes and incorporate into Customer Service standard procedures Assists in root cause analysis and problem solving for supply chain or customer service complaints

  • Effectively manage documents according to our Records Retention Policy and SOP requirements. Receives and verifies the accuracy of customer reporting through standard Pest Management software and SAP.

  • Efficiently returns and customer requests in accordance to Customer Service Procedures and Policies. Reviews all elements of order fulfillment from order entry to invoicing to ensure customer expectations are met

  • Follow up with customers on any issues related to product quality, product availability, price discrepancies, freight and other items that might impact the ability to meet customer s expectations in terms of delivery date, invoice accuracy other critical measurement

  • Proactively liaise with cross functional groups Customer Service, Customer Financial Services, etc to ensure that orders will process in a timely manner

  • Ensure orders are ordered and shipped effectively by partnering with logistics provider, customers, and sales team.

  • Maintain/update customer master data to keep all information up to date and relevant for seamless customer and sales support

  • Manages any customer inquiries and acts as voice of the customer

  • Receives inquiries from internal and external customers; initiates and follow up with required action for response to resolve variety of order and customer related issues

  • Record customer complaints into designated complaint system within 24 hours of receipt and provides timely updates to customer where appropriate on progress and resolution

  • Visit Customers as appropriate


  • Associates degree and 2-3 years of relevant customer service, sale support experience

  • Ability to learn specific product knowledge as it relates to the support of the Sales and customers. Strong computational skills including PC experience with multiple software applications: Excel, Word, ACCESS, PowerPoint, SAP.

  • Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.

  • Strong communication skills including telephone, e-mail and presentations skills and ability to communicate accurate information.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change.
