Pickers will get a stack of pick slips, navigate the

warehouse on foot, pick the product needed from the location, and deliver the

picked product (in cases of box) to the packers. Packers will take the picked

product and essentially "build" the order using the order sheet. They

will select by hand which product goes in the order to XYZ office for

example, fill that box, seal, label, scan, and move down a conveyor belt to the

correct truck (UPS, USPS, etc). There won't be any forklift required, but they

use a "WAVE" motorized lift machine that extends to pick cases at

higher than reachable levels. This isn't a reach truck, as only the mechanism

raises while the picker stays on the ground. It is similar to

a walkie-rider. Location - 46241, 3 months contract to hire.

SHIFT:

1st Shift is 9am-530pm

2nd Shift is 11am-730pm

OT - OT is as needed depending on orders. Candidates

can expect close to 50 hours right now, and could be more depending on the

orders. For example, some 2nd shift are working 10am-830pm to extend

on both sides of the shift.

There are bonuses being worked out for working

Saturdays, which are offered and sometimes required.

BONUSES/PAY:

2nd shift pay is $14.50

Bonus for working Saturday is $50

45 day perfect attendance bonus of $250

MUST HAVES -

- Own vehicle for

reliable transportation, Willing to submit to a drug test and

background check.

- 3+ months of Warehouse or

Production Experience, no jumpy work history profiles

- Ability to stand on feet

for full shift.

- Attention to detail to

pick and pack the right products NO DIPLOMA REQUIRED.

- Flexible working

alternating weekends.
