Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description:

Candidate will be responsible for all duties but not limited to the following:

-Troubleshooting & repair of production machinery.

-Electrical troubleshooting will be performed up to 480 v

-PLC troubleshooting

-Robotic troubleshooting

-Troubleshooting of motors, drives, switches, tuber machines, box erectors, cylinders, gear boxes, hydraulics, pneumatics.

-Follow Lock out Tag out procedures

-Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment

Machines they will see are automated "Maverick" assembly lines, Tuber Machines, Box Erectors, Air compressors, cylinders, hydraulics, pneumatics, HMI screens. (will use HMI screen to adjust temperatures)

Position:

Electro Mechanical Specialist (EMS)

3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am Monday - Friday (Average 45-50hrs/week)

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

-Electrical Troubleshooting up to 480v

-PLC Troubleshooting (reading inputs/outputs or using laptop)

-Robotic troubleshooting

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
