Other Tasks as Assigned or Needed.Identify, recommend and implement preventative and ongoing changes to preserve or upgrade our facilities.Inspect property routinely to identify issues and communicate to CEO on a regular basis.Perform snow removal and maintain curb appeal, including the conditions and appearance of the property.Responsible for the maintenance efficient operations and upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds in a supportive role under the direction of supervisory personnel.Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property.Must be responsive, courteous and efficient in handling of all requests.Responsible for snow removal of the downtown properties.Oversee the security system of the downtown properties.Perform the following:Plumbing: repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets.Electrical: repair, replacement or installation of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, climate control systems.Drywall repair: filling in small holes caused by nails and minor damage.Painting: minor touch-ups following repairs and general upkeep.Grounds keeping: mow grass, trim bushes, pull weeds, replace light bulbs along pathway and parking areas, sweeping or raking leaves and tidying up grounds.Snow removal: shovel, blow or plow snow away from entryways and sidewalks, laying down rock salt to prevent slippingWORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or as business demands. On-call 24 hours in handling emergencies in managing and delegating maintenance and contractorsIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Commercial Property Manager
