Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment are key to this opportunity. If you enjoy fact finding and getting to interact with people from all over the globe then join our team where you will get to: * Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end user issues in the client software applications for a clinical trials * Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures * Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures * Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times * Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies You will be successful in this role if you have: * Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of applicable experience. Some college experience preferred. Background investigation and drug screen required. * Must have some computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint. Strong troubleshooting skills * Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level. Strong phone skills are also required. A candidate who is also bilingual in Spanish, French and/or Japanese is helpful but not required. * Strong commitment to customer service * Must be able to apply critical thinking and analytical skills appropriately to resolve daily issues * Must be located in the office located in Indianapolis.
