KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, L&D Vendor Management to join our BPG organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Vendor Management Manager in the creation of contracts as needed (Master Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders, Licensing Agreements and Speaker Agreements)

  • Open service tickets with KPMG's Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Team to initiate contracting processes; collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement throughout the contract lifecycle; monitor the status of contracts and follow up with vendors/stakeholders as needed

  • Advise internal stakeholders on the vendor contracting process, work with both vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the contracting process

  • Process KPMG Learning and Development invoices using the firms preferred invoice processing platform; review invoices for accuracy and compliance and perform monthly accruals and forecasts

  • Update and maintain Learning and Development's internal database and vendor course reporting dashboard

  • Create process documentations; perform vendor orientations to ensure they are aware of and compliant with, KPMG processes/policies; onboard vendors to KPMG internal accounting systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of related business experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Strong knowledge of contracts administration and familiarity with financial processes relating to invoices and accruals preferred

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Coupa and Ariba is a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
