Experience leading a mission critical securityoperations team, preferably in a 24x7x365 environment.
A proven track record of meeting client ServiceLevel Agreements.
Exemplary communication and interpersonalskills.
Demonstrated experience with event detection,triage, analysis, and response.
Experiencewith industry recognized firewall technologies and their supportingperipherals:
Firewalls: (Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco,Fortinet).
Network Management Platforms:(SPACE, Panorama, ASDM, FortiManager)
Experiencewith SIEM technologies (RSA Netwitness).
Ability to document and explain technical detailsclearly and concisely with clients and colleagues alike.
A willingness to be challenged and a strongdesire to learn.
A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Analyst onboarding, monitoring and mentoring.
Dailyticket review to validate that existing processes are being adhered to andclient SLA’s are consistently being met.
Work as part of a team tasked with onboardingnew customers and their devices.
Vendor Specific Vulnerability Assessments.
Internal and client facing meetings on processand Root Cause Analysis.
Including,but not limited to, providing alerts and timeline of events encompassing theRCA.
Change and Incident Management.
Peer Review Duties for Change implementations.
Other duties as defined by management.
Location: USA (CONUS area) remote work options and open to candidates willing to relocate
