Training hours (approximately 3 months) 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday once training is completed you will work 4-10 hour days, with 3 days off per week! Work schedule will be either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am-3:30pm.
The Study Technician is a true laboratory position where you collect and document study data step by step. You will perform study calculations and specific techniques for test material formulation. In addition you will:
Prepare laboratory reagents, vehicles, diets, solution/suspensions, and capsules
Perform study calculations and specific techniques for test material formulation
Aids with study set up and management, data organization
Learns how to perform study calculations and specific techniques for test material formulation.
Learns study set up and management, data organization, QA audit response, internal and external client communication skills, and quality check procedures.
Pay rate $18.00-$19.00 per hour for candidates with 2+ years of full time laboratory research experience, pay rate for recent graduates or candidates without 1+years of laboratory experience $16.00 with pay increase of .50 at 6 months.

Once training is completed work hours are 4-10 hours shifts 5:00am-3:30pm either Sunday-Wednesday (Thurs, Fri and Sat off) or 5:00am-3:30pm Wednesday-Saturday (Sun, Mon, & Tues off)
Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, Zoology or related scientific field preferred by not required. Experience may be a substitute for education
Prior laboratory experience preferred but not required
Prior experience in positions related to Chemistry & Laboratory helpful but not required. Prior experience such as Quality Control Laboratory, QC Analyst, Molecular Biology Lab Technician, Chemistry Technician, Biobank Technician, Chemistry Laboratory Assistant, Sample Preparation Technician, Chemistry Lab Assistant, Lab Technician, Chemist Calibration Specialist, Pathology Lab Assistant, Specialist Quality Control Chemistry, Analytical Chemist preferred but not required
Position is open to recent graduates with degrees in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry other related fields as well, extensive training provided!
