Camping World and Good Sam is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our growing team!

The Call Center Specialist provides Good Sam Elite Members with Technical Support when the Elite Member calls the RV Technical Help Line.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer in-coming calls from Good Sam Elite members and assist with questions about RV accessories and how to handle RV disablement situations

  • Connect Elite Members with RV Repair facilities when necessary for repairs that cannot be corrected over the phone

  • Connect Elite Members with Roadside Assistance when necessary for RV disablement situations

  • Provide Elite Members with technical information, diagrams, instructions by text or email

  • Perform customer follow-up to ensure technical issues(s) are resolved

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Essential Job Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of service technician experience

  • RVIA certification preferred

  • Previous Call Center Experience is a plus

  • Effective communication skills required

  • Must have a customer-focused mentality

  • Basic Computer skills

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills required
