The press brake operator assumes a processing role in the production of finished parts and is responsible for the following regular and repetitive duties.

Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as deemed necessary.
Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, measuring tools, etc.
Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights more than fifty pounds.
Must possess successful problem-solving skills.
Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow team members, customers, etc.
Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day.
Ability to use measuring tools, micrometers/tape measures/calipers
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The team member is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The team member must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands.
Minimal to no travel required.
Required Education and Experience

Minimum of a high school education.
1+ Year Manufacturing/industry experience.
