Responsibilities

• Retention incentive of $1,000 for perfect attendance in first 90 days

• Scan bins to and from packing department, transport with power industrial lift

• Change gaylords when full, load into scrap trailer. Bale loose scrap and load trailer

• Sort out obvious nonconformities, at Team Leader’s discretion

• As time allows training on machine and plant operations is possible for futher advancement opportunities

• Assist operators with machine set-up

• General clean-up of Bag Production and machinery, Keep trash emptied

• Follow rules to ensure work is performed in a safe manner

Qualifications

• High Scool Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

• Some manufacturing experience preferred
