The Electrical Distribution Maintenance Reliability Manager will provide ongoing technical support to Operating units for the identification of opportunities to increase the reliability of equipment assets to best-in-class standards. This person will support continuous knowledge transfer between Operating units at the plant level to reduce recurring equipment issues and promote the disciplined use of best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages, maintains and improves plant equipment, infrastructure and processes.

Responsible for improving reliability and reducing cost through the implementation of established Reliability Processes and Tools.

Supports and participates in the efficient planning and execution of work related to Industrial Electrical Distribution Systems

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have prior experience in Maintenance Management and Reliability.

Training, certifications, and/or participation in formal reliability and/or electrical distribution programs is a plus.

Candidates must be capable of articulating real world maintenance and reliability experiences, successes and challenges.

Candidates must have strong team leadership and facilitating skills.

Industrial Electrical Distribution experience is required.

B.S. in Engineering, 2-year Technical Degree, or equivalent years of experience working in the Electrical Distribution Field.
