To continue to improve upon quality and consistency, we continue to grow and add new capabilities,iincludingihighly automated manufacturing equipment.i We are seeking dynamic candidates who enjoy a fast-paced and team oriented work environment supported by a company with the motto "Customers first, employees always!"Job DescriptionTitle: Maintenance TechnicianReports to: Plant ManagerJob Purpose: Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:i Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipmenti Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machineryi Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and servicei Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing dutiesi Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisori Follow all OSHA and internal safety standardsQualificationsi High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experiencei Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or other technical field preferredi 5+ years verifiable experience in Industrial Maintenancei Specific experience maintaining stamping presses preferredi Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsi Well versed in standard preventative maintenance protocolsi Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and appropriate PPEi Proficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tappingi Above average knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systemsi Above average knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controlsi Above average knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO proceduresi Previous experience maintaining air compressors a plusi Previous experience programming robotic arms a plusi Ability to perform active job duties that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbingi Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbsi Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety proceduresi Ability to document daily activities and maintain equipment records within a software databaseAdditional InformationPhoenix Stamping Group, LLC offers a drug-free work place along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
