Parkview Health Epic Care Analyst I - Cadence and Prelude in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Summary: With supervision, provides support and build enhancements in Epic Cadence and Prelude applications.
Develop technical requirements and specifications based on business requirements. Build and configure Epic modules according to requirements.
Develop test scripts and participate in application and integration testing.
Provide documentation and technical information for training material.
Provide Epic production support and problem resolution for daily issues.
Participate in on call rotation to support 24/7/365 operations.
Demonstrates the ability to manage small projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able to work autonomously as-well-as in a team setting
Education: Minimum requirement of an Associates degree in technology or healthcare field.
Licensure/Certification: Epic certification at time of hire or must obtain within 6 months after hire. Certifications must remain up-to-date.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in information technology, healthcare or related field. 4 years preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams. Prior experience with Cherwell a plus.
