Interacts with sales team and customers on more complex applications to translate customer requirements to product designs. Supports routine sales and marketing team quotes and technical inquiries, and occasionally travels with sales and marketing to customer meetings. Conducts routine root cause analysis and identification. Completes corrective action authorization (8D analysis) and provides customer communication support. Supports and approves complex product changes and provides technical product analysis to the plant for specific projects or customers.Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred. Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3 years.
