In addition, will handle escalated matters, handle staff and customer questions/issues of a complex nature, and provide additional management support where required as volumes and needs dictate.Assist with monthly reporting, special projects, and documentation of department processes and procedures; serve as employee coach/trainer, including assisting with new processes and departmental changes, training of new staff; other duties as assigned.Supervise valuations staff, work queues, and tasksServe as primary resource for questions from new or existing staffAssist staff with complex issues to determine stepsReview and approval of vendor fee requests from Valuations Specialist I and IISupport management in identifying needs for additional training or workflow changes based on observation and assist with training and implementation of the samePrepare vendor scorecards and monthly reporting for managementAddress escalated matters, questions, and issues of a complex natureSupervise all daily monitoring and follow-up on outstanding and past-due ordersOversight of team correspondence and requests for valuation vendorsServe as point of contact for internal lines of businessReview and approval of vendor invoices for paymentMaintain knowledge of valuation types, vendor procedures, and timelinesDepartment oversight for various staff functions and use of company systems and software, including but not limited to, proper file notations, loading of supporting documentation into imaging system of record, reviewing/completing assigned tasks, monitor attorney tasks and responses.Knowledge of State requirements, CFPB, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and TILA requirements, including the most recent changes to these regulationsFreedom Mortgage is a privately held, full-service residential mortgage lender licensed in all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
