Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls regarding customer inquiries

  • Analyze/troubleshoot problems with products and/or services, orders, pricing, invoicing, etc.

  • Identify problem areas and recommend corrective solutions

  • Interface with internal customers and departments

  • Proven ability to make quick and effective independent decisions

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Ability to handle multiple functions at one time

  • Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills

  • Intermediate computer skills including the ability to do some advanced functions within various software packages

Requirements

  • Associates Degree with at least 1 year of previous customer service experience

  • Bachelor-s degree with previous customer service experience preferred

  • Must type at least 35wpm

  • Must be available between 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri

  • $15/hr
