Kelly Services Experienced Customer Care Specialists - Fishers, IN in Fishers, Indiana
Answer incoming calls regarding customer inquiries
Analyze/troubleshoot problems with products and/or services, orders, pricing, invoicing, etc.
Identify problem areas and recommend corrective solutions
Interface with internal customers and departments
Proven ability to make quick and effective independent decisions
Strong organization and planning skills
Ability to handle multiple functions at one time
Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills including the ability to do some advanced functions within various software packages
Associates Degree with at least 1 year of previous customer service experience
Bachelor-s degree with previous customer service experience preferred
Must type at least 35wpm
Must be available between 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri
