The Business Applications Analyst is responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining the Credit Union’s key software applications. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and testing, appropriate software license control, implementing and testing software updates, administration of the OnBase (Nautilus) archival system, and assisting with other applications as necessary.

As a Business Applications Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

  • Plan, coordinate, test and communicate changes upgrades/maintenance schedules with teammates to ensure business operations continue normally

  • Administration of the OnBase (Nautilus) system and related programs

  • Maintain up to date system documentation for business applications

  • Applications administration duties to include:

  • OnBase (Nautilus) archival system administrator.

  • Application/OS software maintenance and updates.

  • Monitoring of system, system logs and security logs.

  • Testing and troubleshooting.

  • Implementation/development of new application functionality.

  • Script writing, report creation and generation.

  • Documenting application changes as necessary.

  • Process automation.

  • Attending applicable application training as necessary.

  • Collaborating with other business units to develop and implement solutions.

  • Providing advice and training to end-users.

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Technology Operations team.

This job may be for you if:

  • Have experience in a Business Applications Analyst or similar position

  • You have knowledge/experience with updating software and troubleshooting and testing issues

  • You have the ability to partner and communicate efffectively with technology and the business

What we are looking for:

  • A two-year college degree/completion of a specialized course of study or completion of an extensive in-house training program

  • One to three years of similar or related professional work experience

  • Experience in lending or automobile dealership is desired but not required

  • Financial Institution or Automobile Dealership experience is highly desired

  • Knowldege of scripting languages (PS, Perl, etc)

  • Ability to work flexible schedule/hours
