EFP, LLC Pre-Expander in Evansville, Indiana
Expander is responsible for maintaining a supply of properly aged expanded materials at the required density to support the molding operations.
Key duties include:
Expand materials per daily schedule.
Check density to maintain density range within required target/tolerance.
Notify supervisor of any required equipment maintenance or significant process changes.
Perform general housekeeping of both expansion area and bag room.
Complete Expansion Logs and Material Inventory Records on a daily basis.
Collect Density Charts and any other required paperwork on a daily basis.
Complete monthly Material Usages Charts if required.
Maintain empty bag management return system.
Other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Ability to read, write, and speak English language
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to use hands and fingers
Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 25 pounds
Ability to stoop, bend, crouch and reach
