This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Must be able to troubleshoot, examine, and diagnose machine malfunctions, both electrical and mechanical. Inspect perform repairs as well as preventative maintenance. Check all fluid levels and fabricate parts for machinery. Install general plumbing and lines. Rebuild machines and Install from blueprint specifications. Maintain inventory of parts. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Have 1 yr maintenance experience Basic computer skills or the ability to learn Have the ability to recognize potential problems, troubleshoot and take corrective action to solve problem. Welding Experience Work around chemicals in a warm cold wet conditions. Wear P.P.E.s and follow all safety policies and procedures including Lock-out Tag-out procedures. Must be able to pass a level 3 PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) working around formaldehyde.
