Pay rates: $14-14.50 an hour

• 1st shift start time - 6:45 am - 5:15 pm Mon - Friday

• Saturdays 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

• 3rd shift start time - 7:45 pm/9:45 pm - 6:15 am - end time

*Hours worked over 48 hours is paid as double time

What is a typical day as a production worker? You’ll be:

• Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product

• Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined engineering standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment

• Collaborating with various team members to maintain equipment and identify needed repairs

• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development

A production worker job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED

• Are comfortable performing physical labor

• Have at least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Own or can obtain steel-toed boots or shoes
