Lilly Sr Assoc-Data Steward/PCAP/Master Sched in Clinton, Indiana



The supply chain associate will support and maintain data associated with SAP. The associate will lead project management support for Clinton manufacturing operations product growth and expansions.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Product Growth

  • Partner with the business to facilitate implementation of new SKUs and product lines PCAP’s approved for Clinton manufacturing while ensuring compliance to all applicable local and global regulatory requirements.

  • Author and own change controls required for implementation of product line extension and new product launches.

Business System Support – SAP and cMat

  • Perform local data steward functions accurately to ensure timely creation or deletion of site materials and coordinate site SAP data change requests as requested.

  • Process cMat requests, from the point of submitting the request, through the SME review, and into posting the requested changes into GPR (SAP).

  • Site cMat subject matter expert onsite; ensures correct cMat roles/access exist for the users and training to subject matter experts.

  • Utilize the system efficiently in order to ensure proper electronic signatures are collected for the requested data changes.

  • Investigate and resolve cMat issues as they occur.

  • Provide audits of site SAP data changes/documentation with cMat reports, as requested.

  • Support site financial by costing of materials, yearly business plan activities and updates.

  • Coordinate quarterly SAP master data and yearly SAP BOM/recipe audits.

  • Serve as a main site contact for COE representatives and coordinate trouble ticket resolutions as needed to ensure optimum response time.

  • Interface with business integration groups for SAP design changes and release/implementation activities.

  • Support OSSCE initiatives, including participation on data accuracy subteam and required review/revision of site OSSCE policies.

Business Process Improvement

  • Anticipate issues and implement supply chain and customer service processes to support new product introduction.

  • Maintain and lead improve implementation of supply chain business, SAP business and change management practices.

  • Coordinate with regulatory, TS/MS, packaging, quality, scheduling, finishing, engineering, procurement when required to ensure supply chain success.

  • Proficiency with computer systems including SAP, Microsoft Office, Trackwise, etc.

  • Problem solving techniques and root cause analysis.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to create and/or modify processes or procedures to coincide with best practices.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently with a proven record of decision making

  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication and interpersonal interaction skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Data Steward/ Master Schedule

  • Approved instructor for SAP Material Master Data, BOM/recipe data, resource data, cMat system, and CAPA system.
