Job Description

  • Implementing and supporting Kronos Workforce Management in a manufacturing environment, including:

  • Time and Attendance

  • Employee Scheduling

  • Absence Management

  • Workforce Integration Manager

  • Attestation

  • Implementing change in the context of a formal System Development Life Cycle methodology.

  • Understanding business requirements, translating requirements to a sound design and implementing the agreed upon solution.

  • Developing alternative solutions and presenting recommendations to customers and IT management.

  • Supporting end users on multiple HR platforms.

  • Implementing and supporting SaaS solutions.

  • Working in an Kronos technical environment and troubleshooting Kronos functionality

  • Understanding interfaces, conversions, reports, and enhancements

  • Managing, prioritizing, and completing support requests for a large, complex organization.

  • Estimating and planning work effort

  • Independently and comfortably working on technical, configuration and process related tasks.

  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

  • Working collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on overall success

  • Building relationships and trust among different customers and stakeholders

  • Multi-tasking and working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.

  • Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills.

  • Proactive self-starter with a drive to learn and grow utilizing a variety of available resources

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Requires at least 5 years related experience.

  • Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of ERP systems and other application systems, equipment capacity, limitations and operation time.

  • Experience with SAP is a bonus.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff, as well as business management.

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
