Responsibilities include to

  • collaborate with Leads, Process Analyst & SME’s in development of RPA solutions.

  • Work with SME/Process Analyst to get a complete understanding of the process that is getting automated

  • Suggest and implement best practice of automation to simplify RPA solutions

  • Create and execute Unit test cases of Automated process

  • Technical and solution Documentation update

  • Automation Proof of concept execution

  • Provide status update on Automation Projects and Issue resolutions

Activities include

  • Creation of technical design document/Solution Design Documentation for process getting automated.

  • Leverage best practice for collaborating Automation object/ libraries

  • Re-engineering and suggesting Technical solutions for process automation

  • Able to create and execute unit test cases.

  • Collaborate with team members, Architect and Offshore/On-shore Automation COE

  • Collaborating with Automation COE, IT on requesting all necessary system access

  • Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects

  • Work with the RPA Architect and Tech lead to execute deployment plans

Essential:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with Blue Prism/UIPath or other industry leading RPA products

  • Experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL etc.) with a specific focus on developing Bots

  • Experience Automating process related with ERP, Mainframe and MS office tools.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload include Production Support

  • Experience working in G-suite products and IT Service management- Service now

Desirable:

  • RPA developer certification will be an added benefit

  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML

  • Strong expertise in application development using APIs such as REST and SOAP APIs

  • Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies

  • Experience with using UML tools

  • Expertise in process and technical design documents in the automation space

RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, etc., Knowledge of one or more Programming languages such as java; javascript, G-Suite, Servicenow

Preferred Skills: AI/ML, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), web services

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering/ computer science
