SUMMARY: Checks the quality, accuracy and durability of rotational moldedparts to ensure customer satisfaction and ISO Certification compliance. AssistQuality Manager to maintain ISO 9001 certifications andcustomer PPAP submissions. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to: Rundaily scrap report, perform nonconforming material disposition and document theresults in GSS. Classify and document quality rejects by defect code/shift Ensurethat all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company arefollowed during every production phase Educateproduction team on quality control issues and work with departmental supervisorsto improve overall company safety and product quality PerformSample layout on new product launch orprocess change Performdock audit/inspection on customer shipments. EnsureQuality Alert are posted at relevant work areas and issues communicated to theteam. Assistwith RCA on customer complaints. Followsall safety procedures, safety glasses and all others as instructed by manager. Workingon special teams, reports and projects as assigned by Management. COMPUTER SKILLS: Global Shop, Excel,Word, Outlook Required KNOWLEDGE:Use of tape measure, basic math skills, communicates effectively withco-workers and supervisors. Able to read English and spelling for dailypaperwork. CERTIFICATES and LICENSES: Quality certifications a plus OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Interpret written and oral instructions.
