The candidate will be working in a Call Center environment receiving calls from the client Staff regarding computer systems and hardware (PCs and printers). They will be inputting all their trouble shooting steps when working with the customer in the Cherwell ticketing system. They will resolve the issue or escalate the ticket to another team to resolve.

The ideal candidate should have very strong customer service skills as they will be working with staff members that have varying degrees of computer aptitude. Familiarity with PCs and operating systems like Microsoft Office would be helpful.
