The QA/RA Technician provides support of the quality aspect of the manufacturing process and/or components for compliance with quality standards. Ensure compliance with QSR regulations and Hill-Rom internal policies and procedures. Maintain a teamwork approach to all tasks and nurtures professional relationships with other departments and outside agencies. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all Quality Records along with the company's regulatory compliance profile per 21CFR820 regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Other duties may be assigned: * Ensure the Device History Records are properly and accurately completed.* Serve as a primary point of contact for rapid and effective corrections of quality issues identified with the Device History Record.* Provide training to ensure proper completion and accurate GDP used with the Device History Record.* Ensure the NCMR's have been properly documented prior to release of the product for distribution.* Release the product for distribution by properly signing the Device History Record.* Complete the required documentation for properly entering the Device History Records in the Document Control System.* Perform audits to include testing and visual inspection of products.* Capable of performing non-routine or complex tasks.* Observes, records, and analyzes data to maintain daily audit reports.* May require developing new procedures.#INDHRQualifications * High school diploma or GED or above* 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred* Knowledge of FDA and ISO standards.* Strong organizational/documentation skills.* Computer skills.* Demonstrated high attention to detailHill-Rom is an equal employment employer F/M/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity img height=1 width=1 border=0 src=https://hillrom.contacthr.com/65476016.jpg /Employer's Job# 65476016Please visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOE statement.
